Established in 1997, DORALEX COM has dedicated its past five years of activity to real estate development and construction sectors in which it got highly specialized and achieved the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The current value of the company is the product of team work combined with the skills and competencies of its people, professionals with rich experience in both real estate and building sectors. Since 2005, the company has developed both residential and commercial real estate projects in Romania, offering all the necessary services for the development of projects. Transylvania and Ilfov are the main areas where the company has developed its projects which all proved to be a real success.

In 2006, the upward trend of the market led the company to give great importance to the building sector and to attract highly specialized personnel in the fields of civil engineering, industrial, hydraulic and hydro-improvement works, capture, treatment, transport and distribution of drinking water, sewerage systems, water, gas and electricity networks or road infrastructure (roads and bridges).

The company has developed projects of its own, projects created for various holdings or as a subcontractor. In 2005 DORALEX com started the South Manastur project as a general contractor, project that developed over an area of 27 hectares.

In the same manner, Floresti project started in 2007, a 16-hectare project having DORALEX COM as general contractor.

During 2006 - 2009, DORALEX COM launched several projects in Ilfov district, with areas ranging between 15 and 30 hectares. At the same time, the work on its first high scale project got started - Sunny Hill Residence - a distinct residential area located in the northern part of Cluj-Napoca city.

As a subcontractor, since 2007, the company has also executed various infrastructure works in collaboration with both private companies and local authorities.

In 2009, the company has carried out groundworks and hydroworks, as well as built adjacent roads for Bechtel International Romania, as part of theTransylvania Motorway project.

The integrated services offered by the company,the permanent concern for the on-going training and improvement of staff, the high quality of works carried out by DORALEX COM have made this company to successfully cope with the difficult economic period affecting the construction and real estate markets.
